Overview
As the world economy becomes more global and technology changes the business infrastructure, companies must learn to manage multilingual communications in products and services. Organized by LISA, the world’s premier localization association, and hosted by leading industry players International Communications®, SAP, Language Management International, SoftLetter and Nortel Networks, the LISA Forum - USA will examine how this challenge can be met at the technical, organizational and business levels. Specific areas to be covered will be the internationalization and localization of new technology, changes and trends within organizations as they respond to increasing requirements for multilingual information, and the opportunities offered by the Internet, Web-enabled products, and Web-linked documentation for IT products.
According to Michael Anobile, Director of LISA, “the Boston Forum offers a unique opportunity to learn about best practices, localization benchmarking and help position your company in the global marketplace.”
